About Our Founder
Mr. Shelley, President and Founder of re:Genesis Corp., is an information technology (IT) and telecommunications professional with thirty years of industry experience. His personal achievements span multiple industries and include managing the development and delivery of electronic bonding solutions (aka Electronic Services Ordering) for the deregulated telecommunication industry (ILEC-CLEC), as well as several successful EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) projects to streamline business operations and IT for large corporate mergers. During his career, he has managed hundreds of network design, engineering, and installation projects that improved voice and data services for major corporations.
Besides managing large projects for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients, Mr. Shelley's professional career includes senior level management and technical positions with ABN-AMRO, Allstate Insurance, CNA Insurance, Candle Corp. (IBM business partner), and Mantiss Information Corporation (Microsoft Solutions Provider). His most noteworthy responsibilities have included oversight of nationwide networks, 15,000+ computers, and $20,000,000 technology budgets.
Shelley formed re:Genesis in the summer of 2002 to respond to a growing need among small and medium businesses for access to affordable "enterprise class" expertise. Furthermore, he recognized that with tighter budgets and increased competition, a leaner agile business approach would be required. The company charted a course to establish that new business model; a new beginning, a renewal of customer faith and trust in IT consultant's. . . a regenesis in many ways.
